Dear Valued Customers & Business Partners,

The variables affecting the transport services market in particular are changing very quickly affecting the level of demand. Although the indicators reflect increasing demand for the available services, both the global and local markets faced increases in global prices, particularly fuel prices.  This has made many companies reconsider the services they provide. Although the cost of providing some services rose, this situation also caused an increase in the economic and technical feasibility of some new services that were previously deferred to  be provided at a more appropriate time.  As a result, EGYTRANS’ plans included studying a group of new projects to be added to its mix of services to meet the demands of the market and our customers.

Over more than the past ten years, EGYTRANS sought to develop its capabilities and establish projects in the field of inland water transport by river in order to create an integrated system for transporting goods by river between the various Egyptian governorates.  Through this system it becomes possible to find creative solutions to many of the problems faced in the currently used modes of road, rail and even coastal transport for which both performance and price have now reached unsatisfactory levels.  EGYTRANS will announce the launch of this new service to the market and to its customers very soon.

Within the same framework, the company is close to completing its studies to launch a set of logistics services in the areas of warehousing, distribution and value-added services at the distinctive level of service to which our customers are accustomed to experiencing with EGYTRANS.  These services will meet EGYTRANS customers' expectations and will be available as well for all the customers who need those services in distinctive locations related to their activities.

In order to introduce these new services to the market, EGYTRANS has developed its practical application of Corporate Governance principles and created a controlled risk management system and identified the key indicators required to raise performance to the highest levels  in order to ensure that the new services meet customer satisfaction.
